Fulfillment Policy

• Delivery — The lead time is 12 days from the day we receive your PO. We mainly ship from Sandy, Utah. We take 3rd party shipping account and charge $5 / location for dropship orders.
• Return policy – Due to high degree of customization, our product can be returned only when we made mistakes, such as mis-spelling, wrong color, or wrong logo. Return order needs to be authorized.
• Refund policy — Refund can be issued if return is authorized.
• Cancellation policy — Due to high degree of customization, cancellation is not acceptable.
